Install/Setup steps: This is packaged by NSIS and ready to install and work. Just double click on the executable!

Mortgage Calculator is an excellent tool to find the fully amortized US based home loans. We developed this application based on Visual Studio Version 2005. It is completely freeware utility. It is simple to use and self-explanatory. Just choose the amount, interest rate, years to pay, and hit “Perform Mortgage Calculations”. You need .net framework version 2.0.
