What is Equity Edge?

I had a chance to install/upgrade Equity Edge 6 and 7 version. You need licensing from Etrade. If your company has, and you are looking for strong candidates to maintain, feel free to update/comment here. I have few experts, in Bay Area, who can fix any issues in equity edge. Tech Issues:

java.io.ioexception : Though this looks java error, the backend oracle and the version upgrade is not done properly. Read the Installation or Upgrade guide and re-do the steps one by one to re-install. If this is development instance, you can reinstall. If it is production, contact etrade or certified professional help.

Equity Edge Password. It is not revealed to the company as they have some contractual obligation with oracle corporation! People are looking for Equity Edge Password or Password reset. Equity Edge does not provide sys or system password unless enterprise edition is purchased. With work group edition, Password reset is the main issue for Equity Edge.
